‘School Speak’ to Discuss District Finances and Teacher Leadership, Dec. 19
The Dubuque Community School District will host a “School Speak” event at 8 a.m. on Saturday, December 19, at the district’s administrative offices at 2300 Chaney Road.
The forum, designed to provide additional opportunities for conversation between administrators and community members, will include short presentations on district finances and the district’s teacher leadership initiatives.

Ms. Herber’s Kindergarten class Skyped Ms. Holm’s 1st grade class in California. Students at Table Mound were able to learn about California for the Mock Convention and students in California were able to learn about Iowa.

Kindergarten visits the Apple Orchard

The Kindergarten classroom just got bigger! Students visited Czipar’s Apple Orchard and learned all about an orchard, growing and harvesting apples, and even had a tasty treat! What a great way to learn!
Fun was had by all at the Table Mound Family Picnic!
The Table Mound Family Picnic was held on a very beautiful Monday evening. The weather was perfect, the food was great, and the time that was spent together – children, parents, community members, staff – was wonderful!
